I've been programming, primarily in C++, Python, and C, with a little Perl, Fortran, and various other languages, for over 10 years. I have mostly been focusing on statistical modeling and number crunching for scientific applications. I'm currently working in Bioinformatics at the Wellcome Trust Centre For Human Genetics in Oxford.
