How i can solve this problem, last time i re-downloaded everything it worked but right now it doesnt.

You need to change fetch_package(self) in undetected_chromedriver\patcher.py

Since the old download_url can not work to get the chrome driver, you should use 'https://storage.googleapis.com/' to replace the 'https://edgedl.me.gvt1.com/edgedl/chrome/'.
