How can I fix that troubles. Please help me. Thanks you all.
I just updated the virtualenv:
pip install --upgrade virtualenv
After that create a new virtual environment using:
virtualenv venv --python=python3.12
Activate the virtual environment "venv" and it should be working and able to install your packages.
