Is there a good program for a "real-time" RSS Growl notifications? I would like to install a Growl alert for RSS feeds. When a channel publishes RSS changes, I want to see an alert.
I tried OmniGrowl but I had problems with it on my new MacBook Pro.

From Growl's website: "Growl is a notification system for macOS: It allows applications that support Growl to send you notifications." In other words, Growl lets Dropbox notify you of any Dropbox activity right on your desktop.
A Growl Notification is a Live Notification that appears when an Issue is assigned to your or when the tags of an Issue assigned to you are updated.
As a workaround, you can turn off the system notifications on your Mac. Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences. Click Notifications. Select Sophos Home and untick all the options for the Sophos Home alert style on the right.
NetNewsFeed does growl notifications and it's free now.
