As mentioned above, the number of colors you can choose from is somewhat limited: Black, DarkBlue, DarkGreen, DarkCyan, DarkRed, DarkMagenta, DarkYellow, Gray, DarkGray, Blue, Green, Cyan, Red, Magenta, Yellow, and White.
To change the background color of the font, you can use the GUI and command line both. With GUI − Colors → Screen Background. You will notice that the background color of the text has been changed to DarkBlue.
Switching to a different color schemeLaunch Windows Terminal and then select the small downward-facing arrow in the title bar. This will open a pull-down menu that lists the available profiles on your system (for example, Windows PowerShell and Command Prompt) and some other options. Select Settings, and the settings.
Is there a place where I can find Powershell Color Schemes that people have already built? Something like https://github.com/lysyi3m/osx-terminal-themes, but for Windows Powershell instead of OSX.
I did find this one: https://github.com/Segaso/MonokaiTheme, but I'm confused as to where I find this "Tools". When I right click on the top of any PowerShell window, all I see is this:
