PHPExcel - Insert shape or checkbox

Question

How to insert Shapes or something like checkboxes in a cell with PHPExcel?

I want to create something like this :

The problem is also I have to check or fill the checkbox dynamically.

Any Suggestion?

Form elements such as checkboxes aren't supported by PHPExcel, so it isn't possible to do this
