I am trying to upload my app on to iTunes, but while uploading the app icon and the screen shots, got an error as:
"Your file could not be loaded. Try again".
Please help me if anyone knows the solution.

Try a different port, cable, or computer The issue could be related to your computer, its USB port, or the USB cable connecting it to your device. If possible, try a different computer, USB port, or USB cable.
Make sure that your device is connected to the internet If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it. If you still can't connect to your Wi-Fi network, contact your internet provider for more help.
Sign in to App Store Connect Sign in with the Apple ID associated with your membership in the Apple Developer Program or the email address with which you were invited to App Store Connect. Go to App Store Connect, then sign in with your Apple ID. Click any section on the home page to access its features.
Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable, then open iTunes and select your device. Find out what to do if your device doesn't appear on your computer. Click Summary on the left-hand side of the iTunes window. Select "Sync with this [device] over Wi-Fi".
This appears to be browser related. Below are a list of browsers that users have claimed allow uploads as well as those that show the error.
