How can I jump to module location by character position?

Question

For example, there is an error text in which the character position is indicated. How to go to this place (offset of the file) in the file opened in Visual Code?

A simpler solution is just to select text and check how many characters are selected.

I didn't find any vscode documentation about this feature.
That said, I did find this extension that completely solved my problem.
