App Doesn't Declare proper UIBackgroundMode

I am attempting to run an app in Xcode and every time I build, it says:

The request was denied by service delegate (SBMainWorkspace) for reason: Disabled ("Unable to launch NameOfApp because this app doesn't declare the proper UIBackgroundMode").

I don't know what I did to cause this or how to fix this.

Check the Xcode project's Scheme: Run:

and make sure the "Background Fetch: launch due to a background fetch event" option is not turned on.
